FAQ

What is an original/limited edition print?

edna's room provides unique art pieces that are made in limited quantities. Pieces made by individual artists are produced in certain amounts to preserve their exclusive quality. You won't find these prints anywhere else!

What is an open edition?

Open editions do not have a limited number of reproductions. Details to follow

What type of prints does edna's room use?

edna's room prints are museum quality reproductions. All prints are Giclée produced, made with images colour corrected to match the original artwork. We use use archival inks and print on acid free Hahnemuehle paper. The image size will be slightly smaller than the paper size to allow for framing and this will vary for each image. The prints are kept true to the original artwork.

Do the artists on your site receive compensation for their work?

Yes, when you purchase art and prints from edna’s room, you are supporting the artist. Edna’s room is set up as a traditional gallery model, in which the artist represented receives a large percentage of the funds from the work sold.
